Not in my understanding. The Free Army are volunteer and mercenary forces.
Your quotes show that the native Sartarite forces - the ones that could
have been mustered by princes before Argrath - mostly were not part of the
Free Army.

Yep. We were discussing the native Sartarite forces, so musings about e.g.
the Pavis Royal Guard would have been useless. I've been through those
discussion, too.

That's what Donald and I have been arguing about, using lots of additional
info.

Note that most of those Free Army forces are not available to Kallyr (who
spent her time at the side of Broyan rather than in Pavis County or
elsewhere in Prax). In my opinion, the forces of the Free Army aren't
those of Argrath White Bull - that's the barbarian horde. Whether White
Bull at some time heroforms Jaldon is another question.

In my understanding, the Free Army is mostly post-Dragonkill, and the
Sartar Magical Union may have started as a project at Sword Hill.
