Re-reading these posts again, something that I completely missed the first 
time caught my attention :

Would you please elaborate on how expanded the book will be?  Are with 
talking about clarifications, corrections and errata only or will there be 
any new rules in there?  How will this extended version stand out physically 
(page count, cover, subtitle and the like) compared to the previous release?
