My theory is that the mundane is built from the Mystlcal Other Side. The Gods War ruined all of the other planes, making them
uninhabitable by mortals (and immortals could only remain by accepting that they could no longer change). The Mystical Other Side
was the only place not wrecked. It already had room for theists, spiritists and venerators - those people not yet ready for
Mysticism (there was a Myth of the Month about this). And mystics have no need of an Other Side - they want to go straight to
Transendance by either integrating all things or by detaching from all things.
