[Glorantha] Blue Moon cycle

I thought  the Blue Moon Cycle occured once per tide - Gloranthan tides 
happening very strangely - creeping up for 1D6 day then rapidly falling back down - 
as the Blue Moon falls. 

That doesn't help much with menstruation - I have no idea how it ties in with 
any Gloranthan myth.
